• A half-decent farming deck has six of you ...  and 24 towers.⁴

Point 1: Perhaps, but that may also be because of the arena bonuses that exacerbate the inbalance.
Point 2: Perhaps, but it could just be many decks in arena counter purify, creating a RPS in arena (Pure rush loses to SoSa, but putting in some purify lets me win vs SoSa)
Point 3: SoFo is OP.
Point 4: This is a viable deck, but by no means that great. It's much slower than other rushes and has no PC whatsoever.

This is a 24/6 deck and "half decent" as well. Does that make ruby dragon OP?

No, but it's still OP because if you put two blessings and a rage potion on it, it has 27 attack.

The deck is more of a novelty fun deck I made to "prove" that Zanz's earliest nymph buff was probably OP. I will bet that its win rate is less than a "standard" water rush or other AI3 grinder.

Strictly speaking, "prefer" doesn't really equate to "better". I could say I prefer mono gravity for farming AI3, but that doesn't make it better than that deck. Feel free to ignore me and my pedantry

This sort of thing was done on fire bolt when firestalls were OP to show that it should be nerfed.

That was an invalid argument then. Every card of 24 Fire Towers and 6 Fire Bolts pulls its weight. A card might be unbalanced if 6 of it, some pillars and a bunch of junk are a viable deck.
