i think this combo works better with fractal...
creatures seems to be the way to go with that Cat/Catcher combo. quanta: Dissipation Field. Maxwell, Pandemonium, Plague and Retrovirus could help making quite annoying stall deck from that. 
mark with Pendulums was to reduce the number of Tower/Pendulum to minimum. Getting steady supply of usually gives first Retro-Fractal on turn 5, when you'll have enough to actually play many of them.. I could have used BallL, but that being 0-cost, can mess the initial hand 4% more often: Fractal Ball Lightning, powering Fractal Bone Dragons.Fractal Retrovirus, powering Fractal Bone Dragons.

Any hints on how to actually use this deck? I mean, I thought I get the idea butUse Eternity on AI to mess with the cards it draws, and try to deplete specific quanta (Destiny's hatched Eggs etc).

RoL's - Source of Light, but serves another purpose, and that purpose is all about the card...Does that actually work? In the tests I've made with Nightmare+RoL (on Flooding deck), AI usually rather discarded RoLs than played them.
Nightmare - Will give the opponent lots of RoL's, which will be played, which will just let the poison counter go reaal high, which leads to...
Rewinds and Eternity - Eternity is rewind on a stick, rewind is rewind. Rewind the RoL itself or any other creature in the opponent's field. They will be most likely be played next turn, and will then again make the poison counter grow.That can also be used for the "Eternity lock" where AI isn't drawing any new cards, just repeatedly the same one creature card.
And you're saying they did the "Right decision" by stopping the recount? In a modern democratic nation the elections of president & parliament are the most important political events, and everything should be done to ensure that the result really corresponds to the opinions (=casted votes) of the people. Here that would have meant that the recount would have been done regardless of the timespan it would have taken, or other hindrances & inconveniences it would have meant. Making it absolutely sure that the correct candidate was to be named for the next president should be the most important thing. Instead the supreme court decided that they rather make a decision by those "various laws that were somewhat at odds with each other" so the recount was stopped and Bush was named winner of elections. They could have made the other decision by making sure the recount was to be done properly.What the end result would have been is not the issue. If the recount was started in the first place, it quite obviously shows that there were some legislation that made it possible for Gore to make such a claim. If there weren't such law, how did the recount even got started?There were various laws in play that were somewhat at odds with each other, so the court had to make a decision.
