The attack goes from 0 to 7, so 3 or 4 will be the average attack. Lets say 4 so you can play as a 4/4 creature with a cost of 4 :darkness. I don't think that you have to pay for this ability since it can low the attack of your creature and it doesn't depend on you (as long as you play this card alone, without combos). I mean, the final attack depens on the luck or the ability of your opponent, or extra cards (in this case is payed by the cost of that cards).

The upped card is also fine as it is. Or it could have the same 4 hp but X+1 attack points to make the difference.

Does the eclipse affect this creature? With eclipse it will get X+2?

wooow. That has good synergy with my Innocent | Martyr (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,15641.0.html) card. I like it!

I recomend a change for the Hydra:
  :life :life Spawn hidra head
Hidra can not die while there is almost one hidra head.

That's because in the mithology the hydra could regenerate itself while it has still heads. And I think that life quanta is more suitable for spawning.

Good weapon, I bet those Protect Artifacted Eternities can finally can be scared now.
could it hit a protected or immaterial weapon?
it could also disable a shield by freezing it

I like it, and I don't like it. I think it suffers from the same problem that many ideas suffer: it has a great mechanic but not so great theme.

I like X card thing very much. Nice synergy with :darkness. But the theme is almost like a random word slapped on it. I mean why does a Ghoul have this mechanic? Why does a Ghoul do more damage if you have more cards? Maybe I'm missing something but it doesn't make sense to me.

With a better theme, this card would be great. Now it just.. meh. I know many players say "gameplay > theme", but I say why not have both?
And ghoul is already a card from the armory...
I suggest: mindflayer | illithid
For the ones that doesn't know them, they are monsters created by Gary Gygax (RIP) that attack with mind powers. That could represent the "opponent's cards", the more you have the more damage they do.

EDIT: I didn't read that about mindflayers and I missed that card... big  boo-boo

what about psionist?

Anyway, I like the concept the most.

that's the one! Good card. I just saw my own weapon frozed by an effect of the voodoo doll and thought: what if a weapon could do that?
freeze a creature maybe it's too much. Freeze the weapon instead is cool.

I think an other weapon serie is needed.

a Swashbucklin' is a fight in a pirate talk. You know, like a boarding.
The card pretens to simulate a boarding where all your creatures board the "enemy ship" where are the opponent's creatures. So there are 50% of chance that one of your creatures hit one of the opponent. That opponent's creature is also randomly choosed and if it's quinted or burrowed, nothing happens.
I think it suits well in the entropy team and also in the pirate theme.
For the balancing pourpose, it's like a massive gravity pulls that has 50% of success each one for each creature.
