Terroking 3 - 1 NikaZaslavsky

Servers started roughing us up after game 1, and it went downhill from that up until the final game was just decided after we desynced on turn 3.

Picks:
A1 - Bone Dragon
B12 - Eternity
C5 - Voodoo Doll
D6 - Skull Shield
E4 - Mummy
F7 - Poison
G11 - Dune Scorpion
H10 - Reverse Time
I8 - Ghost of the Past
J2 - Momentum
K9 - Solar Shield
L3 - Devonian Dragon

Decks/Games:
G1:

I had a goo draw with 3x Mummy, Poison, and the pillars to play one per turn. Sadly his low quanta draw included a Squid, which locked down all my creatures very easily seeing as I didn't draw another until about 8 turns later. At that point his Chryses had put out far too much poison and it was GG
G2:

I switched to this because I needed some sort of CC to combat his important but tiny creatures. It worked fairly well, he switched over to a more death-heavy version (Maybe it was he same, dunno) with Mummies, so I took the opportunity to double RT some and not only deny him his draw for the turn but kill the creature permanently. It was close at the end when he played a Dragon I had no answer to, but despite being at 8 hp and 8 poison I had far more damage out and killed him that turn.

G3:
Same deck
This time I played 5 pillars and had an Eternity out on turn 2 before he'd even played any creatures. It really wasn't close after that, there wasn't anything he could do.

G4:
After a ton of desyncs, the same situation as game 3 popped up, my Eternity out before anything of his. As Nika's only cards were 1 Chrys and 2 Poison, I was very graciously given the win (Had he not played the chyrs in order to draw cards, I would have had multiple dragons out, and since he had no removal, that would be game)

GGs, hate it when server acts up.
I ask nothing of humanity but fairness in all things, but I do not expect even that.

bogtro 3 - Cheesy111 0

So I originally thought my picks were decent, then I looked at them 5 minutes later like "wuttttt did i do here". The result was some siwwy decks, but they worked :D

H12 - Crusader
A11 - Devourer
E10 -Nightfall
B9 - Steal
L8 - Black Dragon
D7 - Fire Shield
J6 - Fractal
F5 - Graboid [TARGET]
K4 - Nova [TARGET]
G3 - Acceleration
C2 - Rage Potion
I1  - Gravity Shield

Round 1: Pestal... without the vamps? Heh.
He played Life Rush, I got a godly draw (with a 3rd turn fractal D:) to win, topdecking a drag, exactly enough quanta for fractals, etc.

Yeah. I was trying to find something for Trials question, and this is what I speedbuilt for this match. I'll go refine this and repost it in the other thread :P

Round 3: Fire Shield Hard-Counter
Not much to say. Tried to hard counter life rush, worked. Fire Shield came late enough that one more combo for him would have won, but no.

EDIT: Whoops, forgot picks.  Here we go:
Bone Dragon - A1
Adrenaline - B5
Unstable Gas - C6
Firefly Queen - D3
Emerald Dragon - E7
Flying Weapon - F11
Horned Frog - G2
Owl's Eye - H8
Thorn Carapace - I12
Druidic Staff - J4
Heal - K10
Deathstalker - L9

Cheesy111 0 - bogtro 3
Tried to outrush stuff, didn't work.  Planned on a life rush --> adrenastaves, but after finding devourers decided that adrenastaves was not the best of ideas.

Round 1: RNG'd.   :(

majofa 3 - 1 drolly

A3 - Antimatter - Target
B11 - Steam Machine
C6 - Unstable Gas
D10 - Purple Dragon
E12 - Skeleton
F2 - Maxwell's Demon
G1 - Damselfly
H7 - Rain of Fire - Target
I4 - Liquid Shadow
J9 - Nymph's Tears
K5 - Arctic Squid
L8 - Black Dragon

Relics spent: 0

During deckbuilding I somehow realized that my picks were not that ideal, e.g. I had no shield or healing.

Match 1: Loss (Deckout)

A simple but decent deck, can quickly damage the opponent and provide a lot of CC. Unfortunately, it's useless against a firestall. :(

Match 2: Win (narrow, but still)
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]

A graboid/GotP deck gets killed by sudden RoFs and Unstable Gas delivers the final blow.

Match 3: Loss

Thought that majofa would change his deck but he didn't. And Liquid Antimatter is useless if it can't target anything, i.e. when Graboids don't evolve. In the end I got suddenly killed by 3 evolved Graboids and 2 Devonian Dragons.

Match 4: Loss

Back to the second deck for another try but that was rather lousy: I've been too predictable and got an unlucky draw this time.

Good games, majofa.
