As the Master of Gravity, I welcome you to the Team Gravity secret forum.

Member Roles

The following post serves two purposes.

1. It shows everyone their member role in the team.
2. It shows the Warmasters the preferred order in which the team fights if they don't have enough cards for everyone to fight.

Teams are allowed to change the order at any time by modifying the post.

General - thenewguy
General is the leader of the team who makes sure that other team members are doing their jobs and fighting their battles. General also communicates with Warmasters.Lieutenant - TStar
Lieutenant is second in command. If one team member is unable to perform his or her duties, the Lieutenant is responsible for performing the job of that team member. Lieutenant will not get any bonuses when replacing the General or the Substitute during duel phase.Salvager - seraph
Salvager starts the "Salvaging/Discarding" topic. Everyone on the team joins the discussion, but it's Salvagers job to make sure that all discarding and salvaging are done on time.Strategist - killsdazombies
Strategist is in charge of planning team overall strategy. Each round, Strategist starts a topic that talks about opponents strengths and weaknesses, for example what cards the opponents have left, what kind of decks they like to use, etc.The Replacement - TheIdioticIdiot
Deckbuilder starts a deck topic for each round. Everyone on the team joins deckbuilding discussion, but it's Deckbuilders job to make sure that all the decks are ready on time and that none of the decks are illegal.Dogsbody - Malebolgia

Vault Organizer makes sure that the team Vault is up-to-date at all times by adding and removing cards when needed.Duel Organizer - einharjar145
Duel Organizer is in charge of all team duels happening during a round. If one or more team members are unable to fight their duels, Duel Organizer must inform the General as soon as possible and try to find a replacement.[/list]

NOTE : Who cares about member roles. Only general and lieutenant are special in that they use upgrades, and others are all same. Don't be tied to your role and participate in any activity that the team does.

Looks like it's time to scramble the roles again.  REALLY REALLY need some of the people here to get more involved in this because I can't really take on even more in this War.  I'm very rapidly getting burned out here.

EDIT:  Ok, TNG needs to be the lieutenant because he's probably the best suited and has the upped cards to use the role correctly.  He can double and the Vault Organizer too unless he wants someone else to take over that role.  I'm already acting as the Deck Builder, Strategist, and Salvager already but I can't keep this up much longer.  I desperately need help and feedback here.  KDZ, you need to step it up and get involved.  If you don't want to show up for anything but duels then tell me now and we'll just replace you.  Male, ein you guys need to start talking too and giving feedback and thoughts.  You weren't added to the team just to fight duels.  I need constructive input for deck ideas, strategy thoughts, etc.  Let's get working people.  Less than 3 days until we have to decide decks, discards, and our one salvage and as far as I can tell nobody is doing anything on this whatsoever beyond me trying to figure it all out myself.

Kael said we can swap roles and that the SV replacement doesn't count so GG just needs to let him know about any changes and he'll make it official.
