Yeah, I think you're talking about the generic 30 card skeleton insert-your-own-card thing that kills creativity. Although I don't know what you have against rainbows, they aren't even the worst thing around anymore.

But can you give me an example of an oraclebow by this definition? The only way I can see this being true is if the oracle card is near useless on its own, Ex Rustler.

exactly, a deck that is not fast and relies on locking down their opponent then decking out the player or slowly dealing enough damage to win, also i would like to add that having a speedbow +oracle cards with 2x deck also counts as an oraclebow.

I think that there are more annoying decks like SoSa abuse, ghostmares, dim locks etc.

I think your desire to encourage of using creative decks should be an encourage to using creative and competitive decks.

Creativity if the deck cannot compete in the actual metagame is not good.

Anyways, Arena will boost new deck ideas, time and metagame will show wich ones are good and preserve in time.
