Essentially, it's just a sandbox mode of sorts that allows you to test decks without spending electrum and creating custom AI.  However, no PvP.

wow. i'm glad i found this now! Otherwise, i may be selling lots of cards just to test new decks. Thanks guys!

Usually I click on the element that matches the mark of the deck I want to test.
Otherwise I just click randomly to skip the screen.
