For the most part in this game all I see is two color or rainbow decks. There are a few mono color and even less tri color. This is a shame. With 12 elements there should be ample opportunity for 3 color decks. The main problem that I see has been sufficant quantum generation but I am unsure as to how to tackle the problem. Any ideas?

is this about AI? if so there are probably many answers as to why there are so few trios and monos. main reason being that zanz can't, and doesn't need to, create loads of AIs. we have ample. the reason trios in particular are few is because it's so hard to make a really successful one. there is almost always quanta imbalance and for there to be so many card of each of the three elements there needs to be a large deck. this reduces the likelihood of a good draw. personally i find it fine as it is since it doesn't really matter who i'm against - i just have to have a good tactic and win. preferably on EM.

Its as much related to draw as it is anything else.  Currently, draw is a Time specific feature, one that I disagree with.  I'm not so comfortable with an element holding a complete monopoly on such a mechanism such as that (and yes, I know about Mindgate.  Different category).  As it is, I doubt we will see any change unless quanta production and draw options change.

Challenge accepted.

Trio quanta fixing
First problem is making all trio combinations but still have the cards have obvious primary elements.
Second problem having each trio combination have 3 cards with the primary element different for each.
Third problem reducing the cards required for 1&2 down to 12 cards.

Pendulums used the mark as a variable.
A second and maybe third variable needs to be identified.

Alternatively more general quanta fixing would work too.

Currently, the pendulums don't let you choose which quanta you want to generate, unlike, say, Magic: the Gathering.  If you start with a hand with more of one elements than another, for example, you would basically, to borrow an MtG term, be quantum screwed.

Indeed but pendulums act like weak dual lands and thus provide easy duo quanta fixing in one card.
Trio+ quanta fixing should be added IMO. How can we do so?

At the very least, I think we should have proper "dual pillars" à la MtG.

However, we currently don't have any "tutor" cards, which let you search your deck for a specific card.  Fetchlands in MtG allow a greedy mana base, e.g. Jund or Zoo.  Even the less flexible land tutors, like Rampant Growth in MtG, is absent in Elements.

Should we have equivalent tutor cards and other ways of deck manipulation in Elements as well ?

Note : nonbasic lands in MtG are restricted to 4 copies.

I think I have just the card for this.

I find the proposition interesting.

I was hoping for a single card solution. [2/6|3/6 of those would be trio|quad quanta fixing] It is still a good card and should be added to the game. However I think a card that 1 copy would preform trio-quad quanta fixing would be a good idea.

Currently, the pendulums don't let you choose which quanta you want to generate, unlike, say, Magic: the Gathering.  If you start with a hand with more of one elements than another, for example, you would basically, to borrow an MtG term, be quantum screwed.

True dual pillars (Like Savannah) would be more powerful than pendulums or pillars. (MtG makes mistakes like that. ETG will not.)
Tutor cards would seem to be a good addition. Tutor cards would mostly fit in Gravity.
Self Note: (Get Zanz to comment on whether manual and or automatic tutor cards will be added.)
