REAL Elements Trading Card Game

There is a problem with tokens though - there would probably have to be a ton of them for all different things. I'd like to compile a true list of everything that would be needed for a fully function RL game.

I've thought of this before, and I honestly don't think the game would be playable irl, outside of perhaps as a novelty.

Now, buying a large, professional, fancy elements box set with 12 copies (6 unupped/upped) of every card, a mock board, and maybe a few reward codes inside, all as a die-hard-fan collector's item to keep as hardcore nerd cred? I think that'd be fantastic. I think that'd easily be worth 100+ bucks and would make for a classy decoration for my bookshelf. If I had the funds I would go out and buy that right now.

Real life Elements would be great! Here are some of the awesome things about it.

1.) Real life Elements will not be free. This means there will be significantly fewer trolls because there will hardly be any players! With fewer trolls, the game will be much better despite the lack of players.

2.) Games will take longer because simple actions such as random number generation and creature attacks will be boring and tedious. This means that Elements players can spend more time doing what they love, playing Elements.

3.) It will be harder to find matches because opponents must be found in real life. This means that anything PvP-related, such as tourneys and leagues, will be much smaller. Now, Event Organizers will never have to worry about their Events being too large!

While we're making such large improvements, we should probably buff Supernova and nerf Graviton Mercenary.

Overall, a real life Elements is a great idea. I'm completely surprised that no one suggested anything like this before in the entire history of the Elements community.

Anyway, what the above posters said. Too many random elements (noo, no pun intended) especially from entropy cards.
And don't forget Quantum Tower. Oh God the Quantum Tower. There are many rainbow decks, and if random elements from that tower have to be included, then a match against even the fastest speedbow could take 5+ minutes. If both are using speedbow, it would be around 10 minutes (estimation)
Compare to virtual game, which would be around 2 minutes per game.

Also, if you're really that desperate to play the game with your friends IRL, you could, you know, ask them to do a PVP duel.

Opponent's board is full of creatures? No matter, I Pandemonium and roll a D20 23times to see what's happening to them...

Sounds like a fun game 

I would not buy the cards for actually playing and collecting, but I'd totally buy a few top-notch, big, foil beautiful cards. Somebody once posted pictures of a beautiful Leaf Dragon here. (Maybe it was EmeraldTiger?)

You have to roll the D12 27 times. And save the quanta outcome. Better write a computer program for that. zanz did it 
Discord (10 scrambled quanta , Fractal (we need many copies of cards in cardbase) , Mutation, Pandemonium, Diss. Shield , Permafrost, FFQ, Pharaoh, high HP = OMG
So if you wanted to make it a real game, you need to dismiss many rules of Elements as valueless for the real card game
All I can imagine in RL, is a 52 card set of regular playing cards with pictures of Elements like:
Heart: Nymphs+ Relic,
Diamond: Dragons + Leaf Dragon,
Cross: Shields (the oldest ones) + Tower Shield,
Pique: Weapons + Short Bow.

First of all, this should all just be theory. But could you imagine something like this as a present for Zanz, or a reward for a really epic event, or just a simplified version for home use?

Some rules would have to be changed, specifically the creatures and permanents being limited to 10 (still stacks for some perms). But most of those cards listed have already been talked or hinted about in this thread.

Im convincing my friends to play elements and if i wanted i could just pring my own cards off and do that but id like to see a rl tcg for elements as 1. it could fund new development to the game 2. make an awesome collecters item 3. advertise the game, if its a real tcg it could start as just like you buy stuff from the main site and simply have the cards shipped to you but i feel it would then spread and could be sold at stores and more ppl would see them and play
