why are enemies in 1.4 able to use mark of chroma but players cannot?

i think someone earlier in 1.4 thread said by adding 8pi at the end of deck code in trainer allows usage of chroma mark, whether that is only for ai decks or humans as well i can't guarantee.

love makin my decks unusual if able. Chaos and luck are widely regarded as different i beg to differ just refer to :entropy but for those in the know also refer to :time and :death.

BTW, what about veteran player's reputation? Will we start with a kazillion rep, or will we have to kill all the LVL2 and stronger decks to get all the reps?

(I know this was maybe asked in the 1.4 thread but I don't feel like reading through 30 pages)

It wasn't,I have no idea. I guess we just have to wait and see. A tip is to search for things.
