Looks like a shard farm deck. If he actually had some creatures, that'd make it confusing, but only having shards and pillars means it's most likely a shard farm.

Presumably a Nymph's Tears deck. I remember reading about some deck like this one in the Rainbow Decks section. Give me a moment...

Ah, yep. Mark of water, and multiple water pillars and hourglasses+time pillars. Probably a nymph tear deck.

Do you remember who this was against?
I just came across a deck similar to this in pvp2 twice in a row same player.
The spin though showed that it had pharaohs, but the 0 of the deck had any time...
So clearly someone is doing a sacrificial account of some sort with just that one rare card in it like the old top40
The player was zsolzsol.
But it makes you think, if you setup 3 or 4 computers with sacrificial accounts doing times not many people are playing...
Its not too bad of a way to farm for gold and any rare card's the oracle gives up.

When I make Nymph decks, I usually make them more focused with   :water mark and onlya few types of pendulums.
One version is  :entropy :gravity pendulums with discords added.
Other is  :earth :aether  :time

Shards of readiness comes handy in those decks.
