Err... I suppose. I just checked the official GMT time, so I'd say it's without DST.

This is a toughie!  I've seen both of your skills at deck-making first hand.  They are both good in slightly different ways.  Honestly, I think the mind games will be the biggest thing to determine the winner even though implosion has the upped-card advantage.  Good luck to both of you.
