3 turn: card drawing: RoL, play it
(quanta: 7 , 9 , PS:2)
4 turn: card drawing: Fractal, play it, play 6 RoL's
(quanta: 16 , 4 , PS:1)
5 turn: card drawing: Sundial, play it
(quanta: 25 , 8 PS:over)
6 turn: sundial/PS
7 turn: Hope
8 turn: Fractal
...

To play it, the deck should look something like this:
4 x sundials
6 RoL
4 Fractal
5 PS
4 Hope
~8 Aehter Tower.

If you go second, it's possible to beat it if the opponent doesn't have 100 worth of damage in hand (i.e. 7x Ruby Dragons, costs 84 fire quanta and deals 105 damage)

But on average, this deck will be able to deal over 100 damage. so the win rate against this deck is already like halved due to the coin flip. lol

Yeah but OP's question was if it's possible to beat the deck. I showed that it is If you play a bazillion games there'll be at least ONE where you win.

Mirror Shield stops spells.
Purple Nymph + Quint (+SoR) stops dragons fast enough.

What's good in Precongnition? It doesn't actually draws you a card, it just replaces itself.  And knowing your opponent's hand does not matter int this situation as your posted deck is pretty straightforward (you don't change your game plan based on the opponenet's hand.)

It thins the deck. Basically it means that while you're technically playing with 30 card deck, you'll have only 24 cards to draw.

For example, that boosts the odds of having [Siphon Life the first card of the deck] from 6/30=20% to 6/24=25%. At first that difference (1/5 -> 1/4) may not seem that big, but when you start to combine the probabilities of many things, the difference gets much bigger.

The faster they kill you, the faster they die. Requires a decent starting hand though, and is only for the first deck posted.
