1- Less than 30 posts
2- Lower than score requiered for Gold Arena
3- Less than 2K games played (2K is a random number I brought)

I really think < Gold is the best choice here.

I think 200 duels may be too low a number to be practical. Even a newbie can play that many in a day or two. Also, after the first one, anyone who started playing since the the previous newbie tourney and hasn't played a regular tourney should be allowed to enter, simply because of the irregular schedule.
