Cremations or Lava Golems back when I was farming T50. I'm not sure which came first. Come to think of it, I still don't have very many complete sets of six, the only new one since then has been Chargers...

I think it was 6 sog, than 6 supernovae, and these are the only non-tower cards of which i have 6 upgraded

Mainly the classic : snova; cremation; lava golem; hourglasses; sundial and phase shield
then 6 vampire stiletto and crusader for vader sader I got 6 fmying from fg (my deck was very good vs fire queen ^^) I got 6 feral bond quite fast too; as Owl's eye.
Then I upped 6 rol and 6 fractal for my FG deck

I have to say that M. Phoenixes were probably my 5th or 6th complete sets (I have like only 8 even now....)

edit: I am retarded... forgot that I have full sets of all rare weapons...

Electrum Hourglass for me. It's such an awesome card. Funny thing is, I only upgraded three and proceeded to win the rest from FGs.

The first card I spent the money to upgrade six times was probably Quantum Tower.

My first upgrade was a Fire Lance, waaay back when there was no forum at all to tell me what to upgrade first and what not I thought the card gains a lot by upping. I used it as a CC outlet, there was no rage potion back then.
My first playset was a set of Cremations, followed by 6 Lava Destroyers and a few Explosions.
Then I upped a bunch of minor phoenixes and stuff until I had a fully upped ImmoRush (well, besides the photons)

then i found the forum and started for a Rol/Hope and completed it

Then I completed a CCYB

Then a USEM

then I dunno

first upgrade was a cremation. my first full set of 6 was ray of lights.

I guess my Oty's were quite unique!
Lots of people who upped RoL's, Immolation and various darkness cards.

And is it just bad memory from my side or is Immolation a relatively new card (like Fractal and Toadfish). I don't remember those 3 cards being present when I first started playing this game.

IIRC, my first set was either 6x SNovas or Hourglasses, due to the SG Timebow which was so popular for FG farming back then. I think I spent electrum on the novas, but only upped 3 Hourglass (the other 3 were from farming).

And first 6 upped were dim. shields.

Mine were Ruby Dragons, for my mono-fire AI3 grinder, way back when I was a newly born elemental.
