If you're worried of zeroth turn gravy shield, remember that at minimum, the ghost can have 5hp (mutation gives +0, and CP only gives +1)

SoBe is in the bazaar of trainer, it needs to be bought. I am not sure if you can get pets in trainer.

-_- I never looked in the bazaar...I understand this is all theory, but a 1st turn 499 attack creature would still be amazing. I want to see it, though the odds are against us.

Devonian dragon cannot be hatched from Fate Egg.  Some bork in the code which makes it impossible for Devonian, Immortal and I think one other creature.

No, the question is why hope for a Ghost of the Past with the mutation and then use Shards of Readiness on that, rather than hoping for a Siluran Dragon from the mutation and use Shards of Readiness on that?  The point is that Silurian Dragons have higher attack than Ghosts of the Past, yet are still creatures, so each Shard of Readiness will still allow them to Dive twice.

Also, I may be spouting nonsense, but after trying to do this for ages, I've determined that time creatures are much, much, MUCH less likely to appear as a result of mutation. I frequently acquired creatures of every other element with the dive ability, but only got 1 time creature in maybe an hour of trying this. And it was like, a dejavu with steal. I gave up after that.
