Careless mistake

I was testing jmdt's Destory EM all deck for a while, and then decided to go back to FG farming. I equipped my CCYB deck and clicked Level 6... only to realize I still have the earth mark.

Does anybody else have similar experiences?

I've done that many times after changing my deck. Especially after Oracle has told next FG, and I've changed to some "special deck". For example Hope/RoL with Mark isn't the best way to go into battle with Seism.

Destroyer rushes don't work too well with a mark of life.
Neither do Pegasi rushes that can't dive at all due to a mark of light.
I even went into a pvp tournament match with an illegal mark on one occasion. That was rather embarrasing.

Haha. Yeah, I did that a lot when I first started switching between Speed Poison, Destroyer Rush and RoL/Hope. Thankfully I've stopped now.

I do this a lot.  Shrieker/ Graboid rush doesnt work very well with an Aether mark, and Aether stall doesnt work well with an Earth mark.

I once went from my Wyrm Rush to an aether ai5 grinder, but kept my air mark.
I then realized i couldn't even afford the mark though, after buying all those immortals and phase dragons.

Yep, this is an easy mistake to make.

The best solution I've found is that now I label all of my deck codes -- (I keep them in a file on my desktop) -- with a deck name and the mark type in CAPS. That way it usually catches my eye. Annoying to take on a False God with the wrong mark ... a waste of coins and points usually !

No i was using a rainbow deck before the Aether.  I use a Time mark like every other person in my Shrieker deck.

Also really annoying is when you go on trainer and hit the "Remove All" button on your deck only to find you haven't hit "All Cards" yet ><
You have to click in 30 cards back into the deck before you can do anything.
