As far as malignant cell is concerned and as long as I can remember, I don't think you can get a malignant cell

It used to be possible to obtain the malignant cell due to a bug, this is what Leodip is asking about.

I remember talk about hack and Top 50. IIRC, a player that had it was banned. Could be way off, though.

Little ammount of people in chat, so I assume it's not that limited.
I can't join chat from forum(direct link) but I can from mIRC, so I assume it's based on this problem.
