I mainly farm 2 places (recommended on here) AI3 and Bronze.
My AI3 farming deck does well winning most with a lot of EMs but I have not seen a Lobo at all on the spins
My Bronze decks do quite well but i often get a bad draw 1 game game in 6, and whenIi do get the special spin, all i ever get is Shards, I do my best to spin for a weapon but one "wheel" only seems to have shards.

I realise that it is all down to chance, but I would like to know if any new player has won a Lobo, would just help to know you can actually win one.

Haha, funny that you say all you've been getting is shards. I farmed bronze for a few hours and all I got were weapons!
But yes, I did get a lobo, and it is possible to get them.

AI-3's have a lot of different cards, and it is unlikely that you will get the rare you specifically want.

I would be interested to know if any new player, since they got rid of T50 has ever won a Lobo, I have been trying to farm one for 2 weeks, and not only have I not got 3 in a row, I have never even seen a single Lobo when spinning, and that a good few thousand spins.

I got a lobotomiser from the Mono-Aether level 3 this morning on my alt.

I've won at least 3 or 4 Lobo from Silver since the release of the new shards; there are so many mono-Aether decks in Bronze and Silver that it's not that difficult to get them from the regular spins.

Does anyone have any good Silver League deck suggestions? If not, then maybe Bronze League ones?

I would assume that a veteran like pikachu would be using an upped deck.
I have used the following upped decks and found pretty good success:

Of course, if you look around, you will find a lot more decks if you prefer specific types / elements.

If you are looking for unupped decks, I have less knowledge, but I mono rushes are usually very unstable.

Yep.

I got all my lobos in Arena, and one in AI3. From both regular and special spins. Finally got 3 of them for the RoL/Hope that helped me a lot to farm.
Farmed them with a Grabbix with just Immolation upped (I started unupped, and upped them one by one).
Now, I got a total of 7 or 8 of them, all in Arena and AI3 spins.
