This is just a suggestion, we should send people to other chats (like Kong, Xgenstudios, minijuegos, etc...; without spamming the chat ) to suggest the players go play elementsthegame and IF they let us post a Banner of Elementsthegame in the gamesite forums; this idea is to bring more players to the elements community ( that means more jobs ??? ) and make the game more popular

So... what do you think about it...?

T50 doesn't work on Kongregate right?
If we made it known to all Kongregate users that T50 is the best way of rare farming (I didn't actually know until I came here), then Elementsthegame.net will recieve more people, and then more people will visit forums ect

Sort of.
I was thinking of sending, mmm... 5 persons to each gamesite and promote Elementsthegame.net (.com as soon as it gets up ), that way we will have a bigger community and Elements will be more famous; the point of making a bigger community is too have bigger and more exciting events like War!!!, Weekend Tourney, Card Art, etc...

Zanz should post the game on every flash website we know of, the only downside I see is the possibility of more hackers.

Why is everyone so concerned with jobs and titles around here?  Is the game less enjoyable because you don't have custom text underneath your forum name?

Agreeing with both points here.

More people coming equals more revenue for Zanz (This could give him more incentive to update the game, even though the game is progressing well enough IMO

The only thing I could see really benefitting the community and the game is if more artsy people come, and start providing upgraded card images, Like the Leaf Dragon, which Zanz would use, and add polish to the game + more incentive to upgrade cards, could keep people who become bored with grinding.

The forum here seems to run quite well, and I don't think we need more people cluttering it up right now. (Until we maybe get more GMs/Admins ect)

If I learned about the game through someone clearly advertising it on chat/forum/whatever that is not suited for such things, I wouldnt think highly of it, and I'd probably never tried it.
According to Zanzarino, this game has over 800,000 registered players, with 350-400k (forgot the number) active ones. Thats just huge for a "hobby" game and it really doesnt need spam advertising.
