I believe we have gotten a little bit off topic by discussing piracy and copyright laws. Therefore, I would like to repost some of the things I think have been resolved about this issue.
Thus far, I think these are the things people seem to all agree on.
-More updates would be nice
-A greater cash flow may allow Zanz to put more focus on Elements
-Whatever changes occur, Elements must remain a free to play game
-Non-donating players should not be put at an extreme disadvantage
-Widening the fanbase would help
Things that must still be resolved
-What donating rewards are appropriate and will maintain balance?
-How should we try to widen our fanbase?
-Are there any other ways Elements could increase revenues from sources other than players (i.e. Advertisements)?
-Would a Kickstarter for the next update be appropriate?
