Black info box

Wouldn't be more practical to have the black info box (the one with HP,Max HP, Atk, Max Atk, position in field, turns of freeze/delay, passive skills) appear right when you hover the card, under the card image?

I know it's not always used, but i feel it would be better to have it available without wait when needed.

I also think that those values are getting more important as new cards come into the game.
If you feel this would confuse newbies, maybe it could be switched in setting:
infobox [instant | delayed]

I second this.

I often find myself wanting to look for some of that info, but well, you can even forget that it's there.
I'd personally like the "infobox: Instant/Delayed" idea.

I usually only look at the box when a creature has been BB'd but I still think the option to see the box right away would be nice.
