Bonewall should stack. https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=8728.msg101453#msg101453

I think playing a second bonewall should stack upon the bonewall already in play instead of replacing the bonewall already present.

Since the reason you can't deflag/steal all bones at the same time is that you are playing 7 indivudial bones that stack whenever a creature dies, it should also be possible to add bones when playing "a bonewall card". Does anyone agree/disagree to this?

bonewall is powerful enough as it is. this would give it a big shove into the OP taboo of the game. its been suggested before. i dont think it will ever happen

I agree that bonewall should stack, it makes sense

but if bonewall could stack does that mean phase shield could stack?

@dragonhuman Phase shield is more about lasting 3 turns, instead of 7 bones that get destroyed separetly, but I don't think someone wants to stack phase shield cause it could be destroyed with 1 deflag.

Yes but that is not the same question is it? Let me quote puppychow from that thread:

"When you play a bone wall, it's like playing 7 pillars in that you play 7 bones. When you deflag a pillar, should the entire stack of pillars be destroyed? No. Same with bonewall."

This just supports my point that if it's like pillars it should stack..

The general rule of shields is that UNLESS THE CARD SAYS OTHERWISE they do not stack.
Bone wall says that you can place 1 bone wall, and it "summons 7 bone shields that absorb damage from a single source."
Say you have 20 bone walls up right now. You play it, like any other shield, it replaces your current shield (which just so happens to be a bone wall)l and "summons 7 bone shields that absorb damage from a single source."
The thread actually did reference this question.

it makes sense that bone wall should stack, like other people mentioned

but if it's OP, just decrease the number of bone to 5 or even lower

You guys like saying OP quick, I am just saying that when you already have bonewall in hand, you will eventually play it anyway, so it might as well stack upon the first one, instead of waiting untill the first bonewall runs out.

So comments like this are really unneccesary:

bonewall is powerful enough as it is. this would give it a big shove into the OP taboo of the game. its been suggested before. i dont think it will ever happen
Bonewall isn't that powerfull, bringing out enough creatures destroys it quick, because of adding the 7 new bones instead of playing them 1 turn later doesn't give it a "big shove" to being OP.

Once again, I will post this. Because it still holds true, and instead of referencing the actul argument you just said stuff about the people saying its op. So I suppose Ill have to post this again,.

hmm,
what happens to the "Bone Wall"?
where does it go when you play it?
the only thing that stays in play are 7 "Bone SHIELDS"...
right?
