Idea to make money for Zanz

If some areas on the map in 1.4 were locked paid content, would the general population be for or against that?

Imagine if a handful of tiles were locked and had some of the decks with higher rare drop rates. Or they don't even have to be the high rare drop rates, just some interesting places to add variation for players with the extra $2 to afford it. To be clear this isn't an idea meant to give an advantage to players who can pay tons of money.

This and several ideas like it opened up with this update. Thoughts?

Like, totally against it, even if it doesn't really affect anything important?

I always thought the majority of the opposition was by players who were against the ability to gain an advantage over other through the use of money. The main idea behind my suggestion was "pay for extra scenery and a few more NPCs".

Any type of money I would be willing to give for the game would be for donating or visual changes to the game, such as an alternate color scheme or basically anything that didn't give me an advantage and was purely for my own enjoyment. Nothing that actually affected the game in anyway.

Refer to Team Fortress 2, a FPS with a multi-million dollar economy based almost entirely off aesthetic items. Paying for aesthetic changes is definitely the way to go, if you do a micro-transaction model. Elements is too small a community (great as it is) to support anything else. And if you want to give Zanzarino money, you can always donate.

This. Except for the fact that I think it is the way to go for any game, even the big ones (See League of Legends).

I really would love aesthetic changes you pay for with micro-transactions. I do it all the time for big name games that offer the same (Borderlands 2, Maplestory) and the changes can be simple to complex. I know this probably won't happen, or won't happen anytime soon, but Zanz if you are reading it would be really cool. Simple graphic changes/color schemes, fancy emblem around my arena deck, alternate card art/card backs, different duel area designs, deluxe fancy graphics for creature abilities/etc. I would totally pay for all of it haha

A way to get more players to play this game and in that way gain more money could be to add.   New update or Patch 1,4 is live on the front page on Kong like Bloons tower defence 4 did. That would make old players come back again.

New places on the map was about as aesthetic as I go go with the 1.4 update.

An 'aesthetic idea' I've had for a while is allowing players to buy and have separate foil versions of cards, starting with all the old versions. (still subject to 6 card limit in case there's confusion)
