All of them.

Vault acts as "life points" for an element. Even if after losing all round 1 matches, an element still has half of its "life points" left (180 cards).

If an element loses all matches during rounds 1 and 2, it loses. However this is very unlikely, so we will probably see first element(s) drop out during rounds 3 or 4.

My first two guesses seem to be pretty accurate and I don't think anyone else guessed the same first two elements as me.
