PvP Staff
The Elements Council is looking to hire staff members for all non-seasonal PVP staff positions. Hirings for all three positions will happen simultaneously.

Tournament Organizer
The Elements Council is looking to hire
two new Tournament Organizers!
The work of a Tournament Organizer (TO) can be divided into two areas: planning and hosting. For hosting,
please include the GMT times at which you can be counted on to host tournaments on both Saturday and Sunday in your application! This will be essential for ensuring the best timezone coverage. These are the main tasks:
- Discussing and planning future tournaments with the other TOs. This includes agreeing on the designated TOs for each tourney, and letting the other TOs know if you won't be available.
- Optimizing deck-building rules for balance, and making sure the rules are simple and accurate.
- Tweaking of existing tournament concept ideas and creating new ideas.
- Providing support to the community, in the form of questions via forum or chat PM, chat discussion, or in the tournament threads.
- Resolving conflicts between participants, potentially ranging from desynchs to accusations of cheating, and maintaining a cool and level head in order to make decisions objectively.
- Ensuring rounds are finished on time, and making executive decisions if participants run too far past a reasonable time.
- Answering questions in chat when the tournament is in progress.
- Communicating with present TOs in the event a ruling is needed.
- Additionally, a TO is a Chat Moderator, and is expected to carry out the duties of one.
Requirements:- Jr. Member or above.
- Reliable activity on a weekly basis.
- Creativity in coming up with different tournament ideas.
- Knowledge of bbcode, formatting, etc.
- The ability to communicate effectively.
- Maturity and reliability are essential.
In addition, the following things are recommended:
- Having PvP experience to help balancing tournament rulesets.
- Being able to host during times that are hard for the current TOs to cover.
- Currently these times are 00:00 - 08:00 ; 20:00 - 24:00 GMT Saturday and Sunday. Being available during these times would be extremely helpful.

League Organizer
The Elements Council is looking to hire
one new League Organizer!
League Organizers help maintain each season of League by keeping the standings updated and settling any disputes. They also create exciting weekly featured rules and help promote leagues to engage more players each season.
Requirements:- Jr. Member or above.
- Well versed in Google Sheets.
- Good knowledge of League rules. Having participated in League already is preferred, but not vital.
- The ability to make rulings quickly, to solve disputes.
Additionally, the following aspects will be helpful to address in your application:
- Consistent activity.
- Good knowledge of BBCode.
- Coming up with ideas creative ideas for Weekly Featured Rules.

PVP Event Organizer
The Elements Council is looking to hire
one new PVP Event Organizer!
The main tasks are:
- Managing and updating the PvP Events section.
- Ensuring that PvP Events are hosted regularly.
- Maintaining polls for the community to vote on which PVP Event they want to see.
- Giving feedback in SYTYC Run an Event.
Requirements:- Full Member or above.
- Being active on the forum.
- Creativity in coming up with different PvP Events.
- Good knowledge of PvP in order to balance events.
- The ability to make fair judgments in the case of a dispute.
- Maturity and reliability are essential.
