Brawlmaster
The Elements Council is looking to hire one or two Brawlmasters.
Brawlmasters design, run and manage the
Forum Brawl event. In this role you will collaborate with the current Brawlmaster,
ARTHANASIOS, with creating the event, keeping it fair and balanced, and managing/moderating the section. The role is quite demanding: you’ll need a creative mind to come up with interesting tasks, a technical mind to come up with rules, and the foresight to anticipate potential problems and the best ways to deal with them. Once the event starts, following War, consistent activity and effort will be required for the duration of the event.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to participate in Brawl itself, but the Brawlmaster is Brawl's most active role, and has the most input on the event.Applications to the position of Brawlmaster should meet these requirements:
- Jr. Member or above
- Active on the forums
- Skill in BBCode formatting
- Ability to manage disputes and solve issues between competitors
- Ability to come up with fun and interesting tasks
- Preferably experience in competing in a previous Brawl
- Preferably some experience in Google Docs/Excel
