Damien climbed up to open the roof panel in the Engine Cart with a crowbar and standed on top of the train. Later Andrew followed and they had a raintop fight (HOW AWESOME WOULD THAT HAVE BEEN!), where eventually Damien fell off the train.

That's a good start, though the white truth has to answer the following questions:
-How was he killed?
-Who killed him? (sometimes optional)
-Where is his body now?

We already know that his body is in the same room where he was killed. (though we don't know in which cart that was, except that we know that he wasn't found in the 5th cart)
We also know that he wasn't hiding and the killer didn't hide his body (if he was killed at all, it could have been an accident).
Damien's body is still intact and recognizable, so he wasn't burned or consumed.
