Name:  Aloha/Aloha

Element: Time
Cost: 6/5
Type: Creature
Atk//HP: 3/3

When Aloha comes into play, target opponent creature is returned to it's owner's deck.

Reverse time on a creature.  After all your creatures have been converted into a weapon, that weapon goes back to the library and becomes worthless.

Jazzfan27, please remember to rate the card before you.

2/5 - The design is pretty simple and balanced - it's Reverse Time on a 3/3 creature. However Spirit Link is a weapon and thus Aloha doesn't counter it.

Name: Vigilante
Element: Darkness
Cost: 4 | 3 Darkness
Type: Creature
Atk|HP: 3 | 3
Text: Retaliate : Vigilante deals 3 damage to a random enemy creature when it leaves the field.
Notes: Leaves the field can mean return to deck/hand/etc... or be killed.
Art: (Optional)

Ack!  I didn't read carefully enough.  Too late to change "Creature" to "Permanent" I guess?

And I didn't rate the previous card, better late than never I suppose.

Kind of like Chimera with the spell damage part.  Seems fairly well balanced.  I give it 4/5.

I like your creature, it is pretty strong IMHO.  Combined with some sacrifice mechanic or even a bounce it would be even better.  If it was triggered on death it instead it would combo fantastically with Schrodinger's cat.  I rate it 3/5

Name: Defending Angel
Element: Light
Cost: 4/4 Light
Type: Creature
Atk//HP: 0/6 (0/8)

Text:  When damage is done to you or a creature you control that damage is done instead to Defending Angel.  For every point of damage Defending Angel takes you gain 1 life.

Similar ideas have been done before, but I believe that´s the first which also heals you. A little twist there. 3.5/5

Name: Arcane Amplifier
Element: Entropy
Cost: 3 | 3
Type: Creature
Atk/HP: 1/4 | 1/7

Text: All spell damage is done to its intended target in full and increases all spell damage done by 2.

Note: Against Defending Angel damage is done to both the intended target AND Defending Angel (Lightning on a creature does 7 damage to two creatures, but heals the player for 7. Lightning on a player does 7 damage to the Angel and 0 net damage to the player). Reflective Shields cause both players to take damage. Only increases damage by 2 for a Bolt. Stacks with other Arcane Amplifiers. Affects both players. Not sure if it should affect SoFre or not.

The stats of a single Arcane Amplifier are 1/2 and 1/5 after taking into account the increased spell damage.

Mhhh... i feel it's too specific, and would have no use aside from this counter.

Name: Staetheric Field
Element: Gravity
Cost: 5
Type: Permanent

Text: All spell damage is nullified.

Note: the name is a merge between Static and Aetheric, meaning that Aether (magic) cannot move in that area.

Even more specific?! We already have reflective shields; this is just a reflective shield that allows you to use a shield + a mass semi-quint.
Name: Diffuser
Element: Aether
Cost: 1 :aether
Type: Permanent
Atk|HP:
Text: Gain 1 charge per spell cast. \n :aether :aether : Diffuse \n Use a charge to disable target permanent for 1 turn.

"Spell damage is nullified" works on:
Fire Storm,
Thunder storm,
DrySpell,
Fire Bolt,
Ice Bolt,
Siphon Life,
Shock Wave,
Chaos Seed only apply status effects (so does Pandemonium),
Psion,
Quinted + SoW creatures.

I think it's not so specific...
Also works on both players.

4/5 - pretty original, and useful besides the counter it was designed for. Seems slightly MtG-esque as well.

Name: Time Keeper | Time Keeper
Element: Time
Cost: 4 :time | 3 :time
Stats: 1/4 | 1/5
Text: :time Countdown: Remove one counter from all cards with a counter on them.
Notes: Affects shields, sundial, etc. Also stat buffs, including creatures like vulture, any affected by Nightfall, etc.
It is the greatest mystery of all...

I give the last one 2/5.  I just don't think it has enough utility or the creature strong enough to actually be used.

For whom the bell tolls | For whom the bell tolls
4 :death | 3 :death
Spell

Place X bell counters on target creature.  X = Creature's casting cost.  Each time an activated ability is used remove a counter, when the counters get to zero bury creature.

I'm going to assume by Bury, you mean Kill.  For future reference, some may find that to mean forcibly Burrow.
I particularly dislike the naming and the use of counters, but that's an interesting way to discourage abilities.  However, it does not punish the more expensive skills as one would like.

I meant for my Bell counters to come off any time any creature or permanent on either side used an activated ability.  Not just the enchanted creature.  (I also imagine a nice loud church bell sound going off every time a counter comes off)
