My forum account seem to have been resetted with the new forum update and I'm now considered to be a guest in all my old forum posts. Anyway to fix this ?

Here you go: The Profile Restoration Project

First run Xeno's recovery tool, it should work well if your nicks are the same. Then manually edit your profile and settings. If you're still lacking something, post it on the topic linked above.
