Let's get the mentor program fired up!

I'm seeing a lot of new members post in the "Coming Soon..." topic in the Mentor program sub-forum in the newbie section. I've directed people posting there in an attempt to get a mentor to the actual topic, but right now, the active program is not visible enough to take away from the easily visible subforum.

In simpler terms:
a) let's move the active topic to the mentor program subforum
OR
b) let's fire up the actual program using the topics SG gave us

Whichever we plan to go with will be a step forward in, what I believe, is a good direction for the forum. Please voice any comments/opinions/objections in this topic.

I think your first idea is better than the second. The second is great, too. But with first idea, more newbies can find the programme.

Once I looked through the forum, and thought were is that dam mentor programme, just for looking up, if there something new or so. I hadn't found the programme, just after I searched. Now I know where it is, but it will be fare better to find for newbies in the subforum.

Well a few days ago the mentor program fired up which i saw a wall post on facebook about the launching of this. SG made a topic under Forum News and Announcements http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,23690.0.html to launch the Official Elements Community Mentor Program.
