It's time to launch the Official Elements Community Mentor Program.

We will do this in 3 phases. First veteran players sign up as Mentors. The new community members signg up as apprentices. When the actual program starts during phase 3, Apprentices get assigned to their Mentors. Once the program has started, you will still be able to join mid-way as either Mentor or Apprentice.

Mentor Program will have 6 different steps that Apprentice must complete. Some details of the program are still being decided. This will be done during sign-up phases. When we go to step 3, we will have a compete plan.

The Plan:
1. Mentors Sign Up (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,18839.0.html)   
2. Apprentices Sign Up
3. Mentor Program Starts   (steps 1 and 2 will still be active)

Can I be an apprentice because I need more info and practice even though I'm a junior member.

Btw, im back but i dont want to campaign for control of the mentoring program. If there is a vote for the position, i will apply, but i did quit due to rl, and i gave up the position. I dont deserve the title any more than some others imo
