Card Idea Revival

There are a lot of good card ideas in the Archives that have gone to waste. So perhaps they should be able to get out and have a second chance at making it to the Armory.

Archive card ideas should be able to get back into the polls if they garner enough interest. At the very least those in the Forge Archives should be able to.

Card ideas can already be remade or resubmitted to the Crucible by the creator, which is fair considering that interests may have changed with the metagame and the card just has to work it's way from the bottom.

Also, the often-overlooked Scrapyard (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,24796.0.html) is meant to be a place where people can get comments on their archived ideas prior to revival or remaking.

Can say I tried, but didn't quite gain the amount of interest I would've liked. u_u
Had more people taken interest it could've moved forward.

I think the best way to do this is to have Revive the Archive (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,18762.0.html) type of competition where participants take an archived idea and post an improved version of it. I think that a competition like that should be run 2-3 months.
