12 Realms: Nerora's Rising

Dear Community,

The writers of The 12 Realms story (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,20059.0.html) would like to start a forum event RPG based on this story. We are still in development of the concept, but would like to know how many would be interested in joining this adventure. This event will take part in a real-time massive landscape. You'll be able to choose your ideal element, and join groups of members in large or small parties, able to travel around the map. Every style of progress through the game is within reach! Solo or sociable, agile or strong, sneaky or hospitable, you have the power to manipulate the very forces of the land, and its inhabitants!

Gain pets, master the elements, earn a following, gain the most powerful of all artifacts, save the world, or even destroy it, the possibilities keep increasing every time you move!

Note that this would be a forum event based on the current 12 Realms story (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,20059.0.html). We are not asking anybody to join anything at the moment.

We're also planning to make this event different from World of Elements, before you ask.

I had made a rough rule-set for an elements RPG, similar to DnD, you may use it if you like.  The rules were never finished, but still.

I wasn't aware of this story, probably because I don't venture far out of card and ideas section lol

In general, I love these things and am willing to help if wanted (years ago me and mates often tried creating own style DnD kinda rules/games). The only thing with me is my free time, sometimes loads, sometimes none (why I had to sit out this WaR despite having nothing for the next few weeks...).

Other than that, looks like I've a fair bit of reading to catch up on!!!

You don't have to read the story. We'll be posting a map, and the relative storyline shortly, if enough people are interested.
