The more I think about this card the more I like it.
If this card already existed in the game I shall add it directly in my rainbow deck to make it more fluid^^
Everything will work much better as I could get quanta I need the most

I agree. But, I don't think this should be just for rainbows. I think it should be also for duo, trio, and mono decks.

On a side note: This would make a lot of older decks (pre- 1.25-1.24) much more viable with more stable quanta flow. And this might even replace nova with the right conditions (only reason why I bolded that part is so that people don't go spamming OP. This card is not OP, in fact it is quite balanced.)

Maybe because i'm italian and i never heard this word before, it sounds strange to me, but...
wouldn't be better something that gives the idea of flow and redistribution?

I like Quanta Sprinkle because it's related to water, same for Quanta Spill.

Churn is also related to water, as in "churning rapids".

I guess if you wanted to get away from just helping rainbow, it could perhaps do something like redistribute all your quanta amongst all quanta pools you have at least 1 quanta in? or something like that, personally, not sure that'd be better, just putting it out there.

Good card. Nice simple mechanic.

the upped seems wrong to be so easily played. even tho a rainbow deck shouldnt really ever have trouble getting blue. I just kinda think the cost should 2/1

I love the idea. I can easily imagine using this to use the abilities of Water creatures in a mono. Crucible!
