Sweet!  I remember you bringing up the 'Chained' idea in the Design Theory forum, and I like what you did with it, wonderful mechanic.

The new art and name is very good and it fits. Good job.
My real-life sucks. So i come online to compensate that.

great idea, great card.
But I find it to powerfull for the cost as you can really draw more than 10 cards in 1 turn.
Think about a 60 card deck with plenty of tower. Let's say 40 time tower, 6 train of though, 6 gosts, 6 dragons.
You may lay down everything in less than 4 turns.
Or maybe it should stop as soon as you draw a tower.

Drawing fast is very very risky against a stall.
Dimensional Shield would deck any that tried that strategy.

I don't see any other card that can stand that. and even...
Well, for the 2 cards remaining, let's but a fire tower and an explosion.
Maybe 5 turns, more than 100 damage out and no more shield.
You PA'ed you Dim shield ? lucky you! I may have kept a few card left waiting for you shield to run out.

I am not saying you are wrong. I am pointing out mitigating factors to your example.

4-5 turns for the defender
~4 pillars
16-20 quanta to use on stall cards like Shields, CC and PC[dead draws in this example].
Each Deflagration drawn by the attacker would have to be used to draw again. 2 Deflagrations might ruin the combo.

So I would expect V as the mono stall responses to the deck
 :aether 2 Dimensional Shields
 :air 2 Wings
 :darkness 2 Dusks
 :death 2 Skull Shields
 :earth 2 Titanium Shields
 :entropy 2 Pandamonium
 :fire 2 Fire Storms
 :gravity 2 Gravity Shields
:life [not much defense here in mono] 2 Thorn Carapaces?
:light [not much quick defense] 2 Solar Shields + 1 Miracle?
:time 2 Procrastination possible with Sundials
 :water 2 Ice Shield

I just see it too powerfull.
Comparing it with golden hourglass it offers untouchable draw power, and more effective.
I really would like to test it and realize I'm wrong because I like the idea.
Maybe some activation cost?

It's powerful, but think about the other side of coin.
for example you have 2 chained cards in hand and 20 cards left. Because every time you play chained card free space in your hand doesn't increase and you must discard card.
You don't have got enough Time  :time so you must discard cards. (If full hand)
You have got 100  :time but if you play all cards eternity just can't keep up, you lose.

CURATOR COMMENT:
-Please fill out the art dedication section in the card image
-*The meaning and usage of the word "chained" is bewildering, perhaps you could provide a more detailed explanation in the NOTES section of the table?
