It adds up your total amount of quanta, divides by 12, and gives each pool that many quanta.  The remainder is then handed out as random quanta as per the Quantum Tower mechanic.

Omg I love this. You could turn any deck into a rainbow. I could see this being useful with the New death card Dream Catcher or with rustler and a solar shield. :P

Ooh me likey. Maybe add a permanent version of this where you can cast this spell multiple times per turn (maybe make it have a countdown or turns before it disintegrates). I don't think people would want to carry 5 of these in a deck just to distribute quanta.

Interesting card. I'm not sure how much use it would see, but a dedicated "suicide" deck with soul catchers and cremations could turn into a bunch of random dragons.

Well, the point of these last few (and next few) cards that I'm making are to suggest more mechanics for :water that are in-flavor for hat :water does.  The concept of "flow" seems to dovetail nicely with the concept of "quanta", and this was the result of toying around with the notion of 'quanta flow'.

The big abuses are Rustler, Soul Catcher, and Luciferine+SolarShield (every creature on the board gives me :light!) -- especially w/Rustler attached.  But all of those take a while to get set up, and I don't think any of them will get you to 120 quanta (to make one of each unupped dragon except :light (ironically)) fast enough to do anything with. 

Where it WOULD see a lot of play is as a one-off in SGbow-style FG killers, where you frequently have absolute asstonnes of quanta in most of your pools, but desperately need :time and :gravity .  This would really help to get past that limitation.

4 quanta, of 3 elements. 3 cards that are easily obtained, and can attain you up to 23 :light per turn. Wait a small number of turns, and suddenly you can power dragons for every element.
