Wht do you mean it creates non-rush decks. This is just as rushy as a steel golem, with a recurring CC ability. Either it's stats are too high, or the ability inflicts too much damage, or possibly even both.
Hmm... Meybe You right it's too good but it can be changed.

http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,16655.0.html), I calculated the values. Since stone scratch isn't an ingame ability, this may be slightly incccurate.
In general formula works like this:
Creature Value [ie Casting Cost] = Attack + Skill Value + HP modifier + Elemental bonus (Special thanks to phantom fox)
Unupped ValuesHP: 0 (1-5HP)
Skill/Ability: 3 (powerful creature control, doesn't one hit all creatures but still deadly.) -1 expensive = 2
Attack: 3
Ele Bonus : Doesn't affect creature.
Calculated Cost: 5
Upped Values (-1 Value bonus)
HP: 1 (6-7HP) -1 from ele bonus (1-6 for
) = 0
Skill/Ability: 3 - 1 expensive = 2
Attack: 3
Ele Bonus :
elemental creature technically can have 1 more HP.
So new equation would be
1 (6-7HP) -1 from ele bonus (1-6 for
) = 0
Calculated Cost: 5
With ele bonus:4
UP now but good nerfing though.
