You cannot use creature and permanent abilities while frozen. Basically, you can't click anything during these two turns.

This is pretty much an anti-deckout guarantee card useful for any rainbow, unless the 'cannot draw' effect applies to Electrum Hourglasses. It's pretty powerful, but since it requires a lot of earth quanta, a rainbow doesn't necessarily benefit as much.

It makes EM easier to obtain also, but Earth already have plenty of counters (Titanium Shield, Stone Skin, PA, Quicksand, etc.) to nearly every deck and element in the game. It's so protective, why add another card that will practically give them neigh invulnerability for 3 turns AND prevents them from decking-out, but allowing them to still attack with their creatures/use skills (Pulvy)?

It's also really cheap. ^^; Just my 2 cents.

I can see this being abused by people setting up one turn kills.

I think that it should only be usable on yourself and be a permanent to prevent abuse.

With this card you can survive for 18 turns without taking any damage but still dealing it. Last thing we need is to give Terroking more power :p

Other than that, great idea.

My main concern about this card is whether it's too powerful to stop a player from playing any cards for 3 turns. When I made this card, I have meant it to be both an offensive card and a defensive card.

Honestly, Dimensional Shield + Enchant Artifact is cheaper. I was actually worrying that this card might be weak, because Dimensional Shield does almost the same thing, without the cannot-play-cards restriction, and is much cheaper.

I think Golden Hourglasses should be able to work, because you're activating the ability of a permanent, instead of drawing a card yourself. But really, even if you draw something you wouldn't be able to play it. I wouldn't worry about this being an anti-deckout guarantee for rainbows, since Eternity + PA is already anti-deckout guarantee.

and to do that combo you would need 2 cards from 2 elements, this card can be put into any deck that has enough earth quantum and can use permanents/ creatures

NOTES: This card still allows you to use creature and permanent abilities while under stasis. Therefore, you can still draw cards with Golden Hourglass and Sundial.
Your creatures would attack, and all permanents/ creature abilities could be used

and phase shield doesn't protect against bolts while this does

you could easily chain these in a mono, or two colored deck since pillars would still produce quantums

But if I make it so that quanta production is stopped, then it would be too OP to be used on your opponent. And if I make its protective effect any weaker than it is now, then it would also be OP when used on opponent.

All right, for now I'll decrease the stasis to 2 turns and change the cost to 11/9.

Feels overpowered to me. Two turns of being completely untouchable? A protected dimensional shield only protects you from physical damage that takes shields into consideration. This leaves out all direct-damage-spells, creatures with momentum, and pyschological warfare. This card will guarantee you invincibility. The high cost may balance it, but I feel like this sort of card should have a counter. Being able to be absolutely untouchable for two turns just feels like a condition that should be much harder to achieve than 9 :earth and one card.

I updated the card with images. I've changed the element from Earth to Water, since I decided to use $$$man's Dual Shield | Dual Buckler as the Earth Advanced Spell.

Wait... This might make poison-freeze decks too OP. I'll change it so that you cannot use creature and permanent abilities while frozen. Basically, you can't click anything during these two turns.

But then people might start using Puffer Fishes...

After playing pvp some, I have to say this card would be insanely overpowered in some decks. There were plenty of situations where had my opponent been able to stop all my damage and just let his creatures/poison hit me for 2 turns, he would have won.

Imagine this in a death+physalia deck. lay on the damage, wait until you're almost dead, then just ride it out. It would be somewhat hard to chain these, since you'd need 5 water towers out, but with SoG or any sort of healing (miracles, for example), you could easily ride it out.

On that note, this would synergize beautifully with miracles. Some light dragons and toadfish for damage, these for end-game stalling, and miracles to help chain them. BAM.
