As it gives you targeted card permanently,you have a use of 3 times in unupped one. When you upped,it has a use of 5 times. Think,5 Ruby Dragons before you die. So,for balancing,for upped one,I'd make the stats same,3/3 and decrease card cost by 1,or ability cost by 1. 5/5 Stats are too stronger for this creature. When you have 6 of that in the field,it's OP. Really OP. Like the idea anyway,
So far as I can gather, it isn't creating a copy in play, but rather putting one in your hand... I don't think the upped is that much worse than a fractal, all things considered.
