i agree a cost increase might be okay, but 10 would be a bit over it, i'd think 7 unupped and 6 upped would be a decent price

Why do you think it should cost :time 10?
This card needs 1 turn for each card you multiply. 1 turn of drawing is worth 1 quanta, if you consider the golden hourglass ability.
Is there something else I'm missing?
