I'll leave it up to you to modify your post kev, perhaps with the help of others but I will be specifically considering the cards from the top 13 decks.
It's fine to have the vault initially point to my top tier.

If somebody has time, would they please create a copy of the current top 12 decks and then EQ proof it as I requested above?  I'll then paste over my top tier list.

I forgot about the 12 card bonus for the propaganda thread.  We're currently using 360 cards in 12 decks, which leaves 86 flex cards.  56 is plenty, so let's settle on a 13th deck. Here are what I think should be the frontrunners in the discussion:

I tested this and got a 11-4 with it, 15 games played.

Matches of particular interest:
- A win, where an Emerald Shield was up so I had to use my refshield (and used it with much glee, I tell you :P)
- A loss where an ES was up but I couldn't cast my refshield
- A win where the ES was up but my Farenheit took care of the AIs life total
- A loss where momentum'd creaures overran me.

Feedback:
- The deck is fairly dependent on the "deflag" factor (does the opponent have a deflag in hand or not?)
- I don't see the role of the sole Sundial+nova addition, if not for decking-out purposes. The way it is, casting of the refshield is a bit inconsistent

Conclusion:
Pro: I am surely in for another non-creaturerush deck into our vault.
Con: The deck in its current state is tier 2, needs some tweaking if we want to include it.

Dim shield stalls are very tough to stop, especially if you are not expecting them.  Other elements will be using heavy PC toward elements like aether and air giving us the chance to sneak a deck like this in.

This will likely be a more effectivePvP deck than AI3 deck

I took the  :time/ :fire deck and swapped a phoenix with a dragon. This way we have 24 phoenixes in the vault.
I went a 17-3 with it so it's not so bad(2 losses against the  :entropy/ :darkness deck. Heck it's powerful for an AI3.) I don't think it got any worse as generally you only need the phoenixes to bait out removal if you see in their hand via precognition. Other than that, you are better off with a dragon.

RT is still awesome, it should be called "Time Walk".

I'm undecided on the card to use instead of that phoenix. It'll be either the dragon, a ragpot or a deflag. I would be very glad if anybody tested all three versions. I'm not interested about the numbers (the deck consistently does 26-4 or something like that, either card added), but the "feel" of the deck.

Here's a little something I've been working on.  It'd obviously have to be altered to get to 50% fire.  I will eventually post it in jmdt's ttw thread but I want to try a variant or two before I do.  It went 49-1 with a ttw of 7.02 which makes it the fastest unupped deck on record by a decent margin.  Anyway, I thought the idea may be useful at some point to us.

I love what you did with the nova/grabby and ImmoPhoenix decks here.  Sad its not war-legal. 
I'll see if I can make it legal, though.
Maybe, with 6 Immos and 4 novas, you could switch to Fire mark and play Ash Eaters instead of a few photons as fodder...? I don't know if its worth a shot rying.

Looking through decks other elements have used, I came up with this idea if we choose to salvage bonewalls.  This is not optimized, but you get the concept.  Its basically a fire stall that kills with poison and uses bonewall and CC too stall.  The bolts can also be used for a kill if necessicary.
