It grinds up level 3s in pieces. I actually just beat a level 3 playing nothing but pillars and fahrenheit. The last attack was for 21 damage.

Its an ok deck but here is what i would do +6 immolation -3 fire bolts -5 burning pillars +2 phoenix so you have an immolation rush with a bit of pc control

Great suggestion, but I don't want to get into killing my own creatures. Also, I thought the point of having 6 immoliations was to play on the first turn, which you can't with phoenix. In addition, an immoliation rush usually is rainbow, and has no pillars. And it is PC for permanent control, so you said permanent control control.

Not true. the tougher ones are generally mono-fire with some pillars, especially upgraded (but unupgraded works fine too).

Why does this deck have a Shard of Divinity?

Well, you shouldn't really necro a two and a half year old thread if you have nothing to add to the discussion (and even then, probably not).

All shards were 'other' and costed random quanta until the latest patch, that's why it was added to that deck.
