Second, too much on the lines of Hermes and Rainbow. Not a fan.
Deck is quite effective, try to play against it - sometimes I lost after 4 or 5 turns ><
Hence why he says it's too much along the line of Rainbow and Hermes
The Rays either need to be replaced, or some light cards need to be added in. Some possible options:
-2 Ray of Light, +2 Morning Glory (also -1 Damselfy, +1 Animate Weapon)
-6 Ray of Light, +6 Gemfinder
-6 Ray of Light, +2 Minor Phoenix, +4 Brimstone Eaters
I also think the control should be more staggered. -2 Rewind, +2 Basilisk Blood could be a decent option.
Other than that it looks fairly balanced all around. It would crush RoL/Hope more often than not, for example. Animatter+Lobo would be a fairly effective Oracle counter due to few creatures and a lack of PC.
For an alternate name, might I suggest Iris (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rainbows_in_mythology#Greek_mythology)? I know Destroyers may be more associated with males due to their appearance and use by Hermes, but Iris and Hermes actually fulfilled similar roles as messengers.
You could look at the rest of that article for even more inspiration.
