I don't know if suggesting improvements for existing Gods is allowed, but there wasn't anything in the READ THIS FIRST post against it.

Anyway, It occurred to me that Decay is somewhat slow. He can only play a Pest on his second turn, and then can only play two Pests on the third, and denial decks have to be fast enough to cut off the opponent when they're still playing pillars/towers, and haven't played many other cards. Another problem is that Decay's hand is often clogged, so his Fractals don't generate many Pests.

So I added Obsidian Towers, removed three (six) Fractals, and powered them off an Aether Mark. He still has all 12 Siphon Lifes and Pests for which he is infamous, and has added Steals (more permanent control).

One of the main problems with Decay is that he is almost completely shut down by Jade Shield (barring his Electrocutor). This has solved by adding Obsidian Dragons. I doubt it, but the AI may even be smart enough to Fractal the dragons. Note that this may make him weaker against Antimatter, but I imagine he'd have locked down the opponent before he gets any dragons.

Probably needs a bit more modification, but seems relatively balanced.

I see your point, but what if decay doesnt draw his frac? But dragons are a good idea (probably more than one would be realistic) apart from taking away from the sipon life aspect of decay, maybe it could work.

Due to Decay's double-draw, he actually has the same chance of drawing a Fractal as a player-made 30-card deck with 6 Fractals. And he actually has 2 dragons, but they're mostly for backup.

I disagree. I find 50% of the time decay gets fast pests out and entirely locks me down. The other 50% of the time I can get up fast enough though.

I find he's more of an anti-rainbow false god. He's not the hardest but that's because it's his flavor.

How hard do you want Decay to be? You want to be facing a fractal of pests on your second turn?
I quote:
I find 50% of the time decay gets fast pests out and entirely locks me down. The other 50% of the time I can get up fast enough though.
This is an excellent ratio.
It is the greatest mystery of all...

-1 tower and +1 fractal would be more efficient. You don't need that much :darkness quanta, Decay can't fractal before 4th turn anyway... So this would slow him down instead. I think he always get's enough towers for the fractal, and usually fractals before 4th turn. So IMO this would be a nerf not an improvement....

Pests aren't particularly anti-rainbow as someone mentioned, Quantum tower generates equivalent of 3 Pests' denial and a normal tower can be negated by just 1 Pest.

I'm also in the opinion that Decay is about the right speed/strength, though the added PC would definately affect (increase difficulty for) a large proportion of the common FG farmers so I somewhat agree with that.

The dragons may actually make the fight easier for quite a few staple FG decks. (AM fodder//Faster damage to VD)

Actually, I find this setup very similar to that of Eternal Phoenix. Not that it's a bad thing, though.

I actually did base it somewhat on Eternal Phoenix. After all, EP is very powerful. I imagine the dragons would come out after denial has already been achieved, so Antimatters wouldn't be a problem. It's mainly to get past shields, particularly Jade Shields, which currently shut down Decay almost completely.

Anyone playing CCYB with sancs with the current amount of steals would often find themselves with 2 or 3 antimattered dragons. My FG deck would likely have great benefit from the dragons to antimatter, it's in my signature.

It does suck that Jade Shield renders Decay useless so maybe I'd be in favour of them also.
