No one's done a mass review so far, so I'll take the bait.
Discord: Pretty basic - a combo of Bow and Titan. Seems a little overpowered (2
for 7dmg with MoGrav) but then again the notorious Vampire Dagger costs 2
for 6dmg and healing so maybe I don't understand weapons. Honestly though, I think this idea is a little too simple.
Monox D I-Fly: I really, really hate freezing. It's so inconvenient! But that's because I use rush decks.
5
for mass congeal seems overpowered, but that's what I said about Discord's and look how that turned out. Switching freeze to congeal with the Mark is a nice and simple idea, I like that.
Clean0nion: This idea revolves around Mindgate decks. It's easy to understand, follows the pillar standard other than cost, and I think it's the only idea here that only looks at the opponent's Mark. Not OP because you'd need to balance Psychic pillars with Aether pillars.
ddevans96: For most people, a cheap dragon at the cost of a non-renewable pillar. Like Nymph's Tears for dragons. Seems a little overcomplicated (why d'ya need more than 5 quanta?) but it could be used in a lot of decks. Mixed feelings on this one, though positive overall.
Opsinis: More quanta at the cost of creatures. I can see AI playing Photon-Photon-Photon-Photon-Upgraded SF-uSF then wondering why they don't have as much quanta as they should. I quite like this idea.
ZephyrPhantom: I hope those aren't serious ideas, because if they are, they win. No question. Those are the best ideas I have ever seen.
dracomageat: Very few people have extra Marks so I feel like this card caters to only the best, leaving everyone else behind. Having said that, the bonuses for extra Marks are very minor. I feel like this card would work better with pillars rather than Marks.
andretimpa: I'm honestly unsure what to think of this one - it's a neat idea, but I can't see it having many applications in decks. I rarely find I have the need to suddenly switch element. I guess it could have its uses in mutation or fate egg or mindgate decks.
Treldon: Feels like two different ideas - not sure how I feel about the element change, even if the quanta used is anything.
Scales punishes players for having more Marks by being less efficient. Balances forces your opponent to switch the equivalent of one pillar for another... the effect is negligible. I think this idea would be better if it were more like "increase MP by 5 if your health is 20 below opponent's".
