Ok, Going on Month 2 of the process now, we're going to pick up the Quality.

To get to the Crucible:
- All ideas must be done in the Current Table.
- All ideas must have Acredited Art, either the Artists name on the card or a link to the location the art was offered.
- No WATERMARKED card images will be allowed.

If you think your idea is good enough you'll make the effort to back it up.
If you see an idea you like but they can't fit the requirements artwise, feel free to offer your aid and point out a Royalty-free image they might use.

Card Ideas made using Planplans generator will be allowed to go through, but it does not yet support icons in the Text box. Try and make it clear what costs are. I suggest using '( )' around the cost to distinguish it from the effects text. Policy Backflip. Cards that require cost icons for abilities in the text box will need to be done in one of the other templates. Without the Icons in the textbox they don't look presentable enough.
Solution - You could fix this pretty easily by doing the card in the Generator, Saving the PNG to your computer, saving the icon from the forum then pasting the icon into the text box using MS Paint or such. Just make sure you use the transparency option so the icon has no white surrounding box.

Also, Once a card is in the Crucible, if it changes you'll lose all your votes and the card will go to the bottom of the poll list. This is to prevent a vote favouring something the Voter didn't want because it was something else when they voted.

Does this include minor text changes (i.e. - slight spelling changes, and or clarifications?). For example, rewriting a sentence to make it sound much more concise, even though the effects, art, and mechanics of the card are EXACTLY the same?

Just curious about what you mean by 'changes', and if that applies to any slightest change (including moving the image slightly to the left in the original topic), or just significant changes (costs, abilities, mechanics and effects, artwork, etc.).

I was thinking about this too --- Kael - if I make changes to my card(the Shape Changer)'s other form's abilities will the count be reset? because they are not THE CARD changing... :S  Also I have already stated what will change in the thread, I just need to get round to doing it :|

If there is a change to how the card would work in the game then the card is considered changed. Changing a token that it creates or an evolution that the card does is a change because it changes how the idea works in the game.

Fixing art or grammar that does not change its game play will not constitute a change.
Adding something to clarify an issue that was previously undefined will not constitute a change.

I make the call when or if I have to update the picture in the poll or if it is pointed out to me that a card in the poll has changed while being in the poll. This is to save you from going through a whole resubmital process. If it is abused I will simply lock a card once it goes to poll and any changes mean you will be excluded and have  to sumbit again.
