I think it should be a draw from your deck type of thing considering that it wold be less Op because you would deck out faster. If it's just add then would sanctuary nullify the effects? Like of I played the car while I has a sanctuary would the card not work?

So, basically a precog that draws 3 cards for 3 random quanta. Nope. I don't want that.

Sanctuary only protects your hand and quanta on your opponent's turn (that's why you can use precog/hourglass/soul catcher/etc when you have sanctuary). So I believe the answer is no.

Drawing from your own deck would make this card WAY overpowered, stronger even than it is now.  With it being random cards, it gets balanced by the unpredictability of what you get and the possibility that whatever you get is no good to you that game.

And if sanctuary stops this from working, I'll be pissed :p  I'm already annoyed that it messes up solar shield and dissipation shield  >:D

It won't. A much more simpler example is how you still can gain quanta from your pillar or nova when having sanctuary. The key here is sanctuary only "activate" its protection during your opponent's turn.

This seems to be the most balanced shard right now. The only thing it needs is a chance to add Holy Cow to your hand. Then I would use it ALL the time. MOOOOOO!

After a second thought, I cannot see this as a balanced card.

If it draws from your deck, it is simply broken. It enables constant t3 immorushes; that's how good it is.

If it adds totally random cards then it is fringe unplayable. Due to the totally random cards added, only rainbow decks can benefit from this. But a rainbow deck, exactly because it being rainbow, needs a very well defined set of cards to operate. This card won't help with that. You may get lucky with a few cards, but most of the time you would be better off by playing another copy of *insert any given rainbow card here* in place of the shard.

3 :rainbow to get a random Entropy card might be useful if you want a 7th copy or a potentially versatile card. If the number drawn is 3 up to hand limit then it is 7/6th Entropy cards. It might not be a powerful card generator but it is flexible. (more powerful in rainbow)

Love it. But its another card to rainbow. Really, all shards seems fit perfect in rainbows, even the old ones. I think it will buff them.

If it draws from your deck then with 6x supernova, 6x shard of serendipity, 6x precognition, you could easily draw almost your entire deck on your third turn (once you have quanta for supernova).  That leaves 12 cards of your choice for a one turn kill, including maybe some sundials to delay an opponent who tries the same strategy.
