I think it would be totally demolished without PA (or by devs/discord/etc), of course, if you play it against a deck that cannot damage your quanta, it is fine.

I'm playing patch (aznkid) so I don't think quanta will be an issue. I can take a nova or two if you want?

That's a strong deck Timer (Though I wouldn't put Antlions anywhere we can't up them, especially when Water has a shield that almost completely nullifies their damage) aside from the fact that the quanta is in no way balanced. With 6 Pends you'd be lucky to get 2 in your opening hand, which ends up being 1 per turn and 2 per turn. Not close to enough to fuel the deck. Especially considering you want to pay for 6 6-cost Time creatures. Replace the Titaniums (Not enough in the vault if we run a stall deck) and the Antlions with Pends and it'll be ok if a little tight on .

If they play Discord, add novas and remove whatever is not needed (Like 2 Pends and 2 EQs if they play nova), if they go poison stall, add purify with Novas and remove RT's (or something else that's not needed, if they have creatures)

Anything that is not needed can be removed (4 cards). For the first round, I'd suggest -1 Fog, -1 EQ, -1 Pillar, -1 Stiletto

Well, I tried this for a few rounds. I still prefer my first deck, TBH.

EDIT: What I mean by this is that the deck above works, quite well in fact, but I personally prefer my original idea.

EDIT2: I'll do some comparative testing today. See which one is better suited for the situation.
