Angels are something that should prove fun. No basic CC can one hit them.
Also the size seems good no bigger. With this it will take too long to deck you out, and one of the main points of this deck is that it can stall just like firestall and firestalls size gives it the added bonus of having a deckout option. I would think about Fireshields maybe?

A Fire Shield would work, but if it were stolen, it would REALLY hurt the Phoenix's. This deck has enough damage that it can function without the Shield, simply because it should be able to outdamage most other decks. However, mirrored against another Fire Stall, the Angels play the part of requiring Lances to kill (or getting hit by the Fire Shield and then Rage Potioned).
Have you considered Cremations or Fire lances?
Cremations work much better in a rush deck, as you need
fast, but in a Fire Stall, you have the benefit of time to build up. Also, since this deck does not require Lances, building up large stores of
is now no longer needed. Also, the reason there are no Lances now, as was pointed out above, is because the creatures now fulfill the win condition.
Though, it would be nice to see a Morning Star or Fahrenheit in there.
